Terms and Conditions for the FINAL FANTASY XIV Promotion:

1. Eligibility:

1.a The promotion is available to all customers who make a purchase from a Participating Store in a Participating Country during the period:

  • (i) in all territories save for Australia and New Zealand, from 17 July 2024 to 28 August 2024; and
  • (ii) in Australia and New Zealand, from 18 July 2024 to 28 August 2024,
  • (the “Promotion Period”) which satisfies the Eligibility Criteria.

1.b To be eligible for the promotion, participants must during the relevant Promotion Period:

  • (i) in all territories except Japan, purchase three (3) or more beverages from a Gong cha Participating Store in one transaction so that their receipt for purchase states the purchase of three (3) or more beverages; and
  • (ii) in Japan, spend two thousand (2,000) JPY or more on one purchase in one Participating Store in Japan,
  • (the “Eligibility Criteria”).

1.c Purchases made via a delivery / aggregator platform are included if the purchase is made in Japan or Korea.

1.d Purchases made via a delivery / aggregator platform are not included if the purchase is made outside of Japan and South Korea.

1.e This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with / combined with any other offer.

2. Participating Countries and Participating Stores:

2.a The only Participating Countries are: England, Belgium, France, Portugal, USA, Canada, Panama, New Zealand, South Korea and Japan.

2.b Not all stores in Participating Countries will be taking part and only Participating Stores which have chosen to take part in the promotion will be taking part in the promotion.

3. Procedure for redeeming a Game Code:

3.a Where a customer satisfies the Eligibility Criteria in a Participating Store in South Korea or Japan they must use the Gong cha app to redeem an online Game Code. Instructions for redeeming a Game Code through the Korea and Japan apps are included in the Schedule.

3.b Where a customer satisfies the Eligibility Criteria in a Participating Store in a Participating Country outside of South Korea and Japan they will be provided with a card that will reveal a Game Code. The Game Code will only be available while stocks of the cards last.

3.c The Game Code can be redeemed by a customer by visiting https://redeem.finalfantasyxiv.com and once redeemed will allow the customer to claim one (1) in game item for Porxie King Mount. Customers must have a FINAL FANTASY XIV service account to redeem item codes. Redemption instructions can be accessed via the Square Enix Support Centre. Note:

  1. A service account for FINAL FANTASY XIV must be registered to a Square Enix account in order to use this item code. This code cannot be redeemed on a Free Trial account
  2. The unique code received through this promotion will only work once.
  3. Item codes can only be redeemed once per service account.
    • The in-game items will be granted to a single character on a service account.
    • Once registered, the item codes cannot be removed from a service account.
    • Resale of these item codes is strictly prohibited.The Game Code is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

4. Japan – Keychain raffle:

4.a During the Promotion Period where a customer in a Participating Store in Japan spends 3,000 JPY on Gong cha beverages via the Gong cha Japan mobile app, will be entered into a raffle to win three (3) Branded Keychains. One thousand eight hundred (1,800) winners shall be selected at random by Gong cha Japan Co. Ltd within one (1) month after the end of the Promotion Period. To be eligible to receive three (3) Branded Keychains Gong cha Japan must be provided with mailing instructions upon request.

5. General Conditions:

5.a Gong cha Global Limited and its affiliates reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the promotion at any time without prior notice, if deemed necessary.

5.b By participating in the promotion, participants agree to release Gong cha Global Limited and its affiliates from any liability arising from their participation or use of the Game Code.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

6.a These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the competition shall be the subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

SCHEDULE

South Korea app instructions

  1. On the Gong cha Korea app, please go to the [Stamps] category and view the list. Select the FINAL FANTASY XIV Stamp Card.
  2. During the Promotion Period, earn one (1) membership stamp for each handmade beverage purchased in a Participating Store in South Korea. (Stamps are not earned when using coupons or partnership discount benefits.)
  3. Complete the FINAL FANTASY XIV Stamp Card by purchasing three (3) handmade beverages via the Gong cha Korea app from Participating Stores during the Promotion Period, thereby earning three (3) stamps.
  4. Once the Stamp Card is completed, click on the ‘Mission Card Completion!’ banner to proceed to the coupon download page containing the game item code.
  5. Download the coupon.
  6. Copy the game code from the coupon in [Gong cha App - My Coupons] and use it.

Japan app instructions

  1. On the Gong cha Japan app you must add Gong cha official LINE as a friend.
  2. Where a customer spends two thousand (2,000) JPY or more in Participating Stores in Japan via mobile order they will be provided by LINE Talk with one (1) Game Code within seven (7) days after they have spent two thousand (2,000) JPY or more.
  3. When a purchase is made with a coupon, only the paid amount will count towards the Qualifying Purchase Amount.
